We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any reason you are not, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase of any non-customized items. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@candpcreations.com. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancelations will be accepted within 24 hours of order being placed. Any cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please contact as soon as possible to confirm your item(s) have not been made yet.
